The Black Student Awareness Committee (BSAC) will host a special luncheon celebrating the achievements of black women at UAB. Beginning at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 5, the committee and nominees will congregate in Ballrooms CD of the Hill Student Center. Faculty, staff, and students alike will be recognized for their accomplishments at this invite-only event. The committee will commemorate black female excellence that is present on UAB’s campus through a series of awards. Highlighted recipients will be presented honors such as Outstanding Undergraduate Student Leader, Outstanding NPHC Sorority Member, Distinguished Service Award and more.
