Student Multicultural and Diversity Programs is bringing sexy back with Sex Week, Feb. 19-22. Come enjoy programs, workshops and events on body positivity, inclusive and accurate sex education, wellness and practices. All Sex Week events are free and open to the public. Sponsors include SMDP, URGE: Unite for Reproductive & Gender Equity, UAB Medicine 1917 Clinic, Student Health & Wellness and Wellness Promotion.

Enthusiastic Consent Fair
Feb. 19 | 11 a.m.-2 p.m. | HSC Ballroom
Join UAB and community organizations as we play games, talk about resources, and encourage enthusiastic consent practices through sex-positive education and outreach.

Sex Ed Trivia w/ URGE
Feb. 20 | 6 p.m. | HSC Ballroom
URGE will help educate you about sex with a fun and interactive sexual education trivia game night!

Sex in the Dark
Feb. 21 | 5pm-7pm | Gold Hall Underground
Join a panel of “sexperts” to have all of your questions about sex and sexual health answered. Glow sticks will be provided, and students are encouraged to wear neon.

Vagina Monologues
Feb. 22 | 7 p.m. | HSC Alumni Theater
Come view “Vagina Monologues” a hit Broadway play, displaying real-life women of various cultures share their insights on their personal sexual experiences. This event is free to all students, but it is requested to bring a donation of women’s sanitary napkins or $5 to UAB’s Camion of Care for Period: The Menstrual Movement.
