The 2018 Lavender Celebration will take place on Wednesday, April 11 at 6 p.m. in the HSC Ballroom CD. This annual spring celebration, hosted by Student Multicultural & Diversity Programs, seeks to recognize UAB’s outstanding LGBTQ undergraduate, graduate and professional students for both their contributions to campus and their academic success at UAB. Several awards will be presented to students, faculty and staff nominees this evening.
