Student Counseling Services to host events to lower stress before finalsStudent Counseling Services will host a series of events to promote a stress-free student experience, and encourage positive growth in preparations for finals on December 5-7 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. each day in the Blazer Hall RLC.

On December 5, the office will present Hand in Paw, a nonprofit that promotes human health through animal assisted therapy.

Student Counseling will host a de-stress arts and crafts session on December 6. Students can create mandalas, collages, or any other form of art using water colors and magazine clippings. All crafts provided.

And wrapping up Stress Less week, students are invited to partake in a "Dance Day Party" on December 7. Come out and shake off any remaining stress jitters before finals begin.
