BlazersBounceBackLOGO FINAL

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks, challenges, and difficult situations. Through the 4 R’s of Recognize, Reframe, Reflect and Reach Out, learn several strategies to build your resilience toolbox.

Control the Controllables

These are unprecedented times. Our "normal" has changed, how we shop for essential goods, how we communicate with our loved ones and even how we learn. With all of these changes it is easy to feel discouraged and overwhelmed with situations we feel are out of our control, especially when you have assignment deadlines!

We get that. Which is why we have created a series of videos starting a conversation: If things seem out of control, then what can I control?

In our video series Control the Controllables, we will be teaching you about unique aspects of college life that can significantly influence overall wellbeing and college success. Let's get started!
