Payment

There is no out-of-pocket charge or co-payment for a basic provider office visit at the SHS Clinic. However, there may be out-of-pocket charges for minor procedures, laboratory tests, medications or medical supplies incidental to your visit. You may pay for these services by credit or debit card.

The fees posted are the current out-of-pocket fees, which indicate what these services cost without insurance. Please be mindful that this fee schedule is subject to change.

If there are charges for your clinic visit, once the services are billed to your insurance, you will be charged for anything beyond the insurance’s disbursement.
