Hear a summary of the results of UAB’s campus engagement survey 10 a.m. April 19 in the Hill Student Center Alumni Theatre.
The overall response rate to the online survey conducted Feb. 6-20 was 42%, with more than 4,000 faculty and staff responding, according to ModernThink, the third-party administrator. The respondents represent nearly 28% of UAB faculty and adjuncts and 52% of the staff in Workgroup A.
President Ray Watts, who will deliver the opening remarks for the April 19 morning presentation by ModernThink representative RichBoyer, says the university and its leadership is committed to sharing the findings and using them to help measure our progress, chart our future and identify new ways to invest in the success of UAB and its employees.
