In 1978, men’s and women’s basketball came to campus, and employees in the School of Business, housed University College Building No. 1 — today’s Education Building — hung a sign to show their Blazer pride.
Today, business school employees and students can show their Blazer pride in a new and unique way — through staying #UABUnited and masking, social-distancing, hand-washing, staying home when sick and completing their HealthCheck™. UAB Facilities is making it easy for Blazers on campus to practice social distancing — auditoriums, lecture halls and group gathering spaces in the Collat School of Business building, as in other educational buildings across campus, have been overhauled to allow for social distancing.
