Proceeds will support young cancer researchers at UAB by providing funding to jump-start their research, with the goal of leveraging their findings to compete for additional federal grants. This year’s event will feature live music by Livewire, fiesta-themed food by Iz Catering, and a silent auction funding the Mary Ann Harvard and Jacob Baker NextGen Awards.

The Young Supporters Board was established in 2006 to introduce the next generation of Alabamians to the importance of cancer research and awareness. The board is composed of young professionals who have been touched by cancer in some way.

Fiesta Ball tickets can be purchased in advance for $45 by clicking here. Valet and limited street parking will be available; however, ride sharing is encouraged.
