Dr. Barnes is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Gynecological Oncology (Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology). He has basic research and translational research experience in ovarian cancer. He will assist in the accrual of patients and implementation of the clinical protocols.

Dr. Barnes is also the investigator for Developmental Project D entitled, Randomized Trial of Chemoprevention with HPR and Progestins in an Avian Model of Spontaneous Ovarin Carcinogenesis.
