BioDavid Gilmore, PA-C, is the advanced practice provider supervisor for the Department of Radiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He practices in the Division of Interventional Radiology where he performs clinical, administrative, and procedural duties. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology after graduating magna cum laude from Samford University in 2008. He then graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014. Prior to joining the Department of Radiology, he worked for Urology Centers of Alabama at St. Vincent’s East Hospital. He joined UAB Interventional Radiology in 2017 and became advanced practice provider supervisor in 2021. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his daughter and his wife. He also enjoys camping, traveling, listening to music, playing drums, and trail running.
