Edrick Lugo Millan completed his medical education in Universidad Central del Caribe and his residency training in diagnostic radiology at the University of Puerto Rico. He then accomplished an ACGME accredited fellowship training in musculoskeletal radiology at UT Health San Antonio. During residency he volunteered as a radiology teacher in interdisciplinary teaching activity developed by the AAMC called Entrusted Professional Activities (EPAS). He also worked with medical students during senior years in residency preparing educational exhibits and research. After finishing his fellowship he joined UAB as a clinical professor in emergency radiology.
