Dr. Salei completed his medical school at Belarusian State Medical University in Minsk, Belarus. After finishing his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Pennsylvania, he completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at UAB. Dr. Salei then joined the Interventional Radiology faculty at UAB. His areas of clinical interest are Oncologic Interventions (Chemoembolization, Radioembolization and Ablation), Prostatic Artery Embolization, Portal Hypertension Interventions, as well as Kyphoplasty and Interventional Pain Management.
