Disability Support Services kicked off their Challenge the Stigma campaign in October where every Monday they hosted tabling and to dispel stereotypes and identities of students and staff who are more than their disability.

To better understand the challenges many students with disabilities face, DSS put together a short video highlighting how students use their services and succeed. You can watch that video below.

These students have a wide variety of disabilities and are involved in many different clubs, jobs and extracurricular activities. They are doing their part to challenge the stigma’s behind their disabilities and shine academically and socially.
