  • Summer permit sales suspended until further notice

Information for 9th and 10th Avenue Parking Deck Wait Lists

Eligible students may only apply for one wait list. As permits for both decks are limited, wait lists are used to identify those students interested in obtaining these permits. Wait lists for these two decks will open on April 15, 2020 at 12:00 a.m. To apply for the decks, please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to the UAB Transportation website.
  2. Click “Apply for Student Parking” from the column on the left.
  3. On the Parking Portal webpage, click “Login” to access the wait list.
  4. Choose “Add Waitlist” from the available options and follow the steps.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation when the process is completed.
Students may check their wait list number through the “View your Waitlists” link on the Parking Portal home page. Students receiving a deck award will be notified on or before July 1, 2020. Please check your email – including junk and spam folders – prior to calling or emailing UAB Transportation about your status. If you do not receive an award notification by July 1, please go back to the Parking Portal to purchase your preference from among the remaining available parking options.
