Student Exhibitions

Each year, the UAB Visual Arts Gallery hosts an Annual Juried Student Exhibition. Working with respected artists, critics and curators, any student who has been enrolled in a studio arts course in the preceding year may submit works for consideration. The exhibition is judged without the juror being familiar with the student or their work. Of the approximately three hundred works submitted each year, approximately fifty are selected for display. Past jurors have included Tom Eccles, Robyn Donohue, Mirko Ilic, Christopher Saucedo, Peter Baldaia and David Rubin.
