The course request form should be used to request:

• the addition of an instructor or teaching assistant to your blackboard course;
• cross-listing two or more courses, or two or more sections of a course;
• loading content from a section in a previous semester to the current section and semester;
• changes to the start and end dates of your blackboard course.

If you need to convert and stream an audio or video presentation please use the media production request form.
