The Birmingham Freethought Society was established in 1997 as part of UAB Student Life to give the students another option to religious worship: a fellowship of reason. Over the years this group has organized and participated in many events in and around the campus.
Due to confidentiality constraints we cannot list the names of our officers in public domain. If you need to know further details about the BFS and its affiliates, please send us an email and we would be sure to get back to you at the earliest.
The BFS is formed according to the policies laid down by the Office of Student Life of the UAB and has a constitution approved by the USGA.
All the members and officers of the BFS are required to abide by the Student Organization Policies and the constitution of the BFS.
