CH 237 Organic Chemistry II

Reactions of aromatic compounds and carbonyl containing functional groups: aldehydes, ketones, acids, esters, and amides. Molecules of biological interest, such as proteins and carbohydrates.
Prerequisite: CH 235 with a grade of C or better and concurrent enrollment in CH 237R (Organic II Recitations). Recitation registration is required.
