The UAB logo and wordmark must be conspicuously placed in the ad, preferably at the bottom. Typeface and color (if used) should also be consistent with approved guidelines.

Specific versions of the equal opportunity policy and sexual harassment statements must be included in all advertising produced for UAB employees and students (see "EEO statement" in the Writing Style Standards section of this style guide).

All advertising (except clinical trial and employment ads) intended for external audiences should reviewed by UAB Creative and Marketing Group before printing (advertising intended for patients should be reviewed by UAB Health System Marketing).
