The UAB Travel Center, in association with AdTrav Travel Management, assists UAB employees not only with travel arrangements involving university official business, but with their personal vacations as well.  The UAB Travel Team is a special team of travel agents that is familiar with UAB policies and procedures.

Among the many benefits to employees are exclusive discounts on airline tickets, rental cars, and hotels.  Other services include meeting planning, group travel, vacation travel, free campus-wide delivery of travel documents and $200,000 complimentary flight insurance for tickets purchased with a UAB account number.  In addition, Adventure Travel has developed a variety of software programs to make traveling more convenient for both the traveler and travel arranger.
