Investigation of cell-matrix interactions during tumor angiogenesis and invasion.

Cellular factors and nutrients influencing human ECM-endothelial-tumor cell functions.

Development of anti-angiogenic molecules (synthetic or recombinant) utilizing 3-D coculture model systems (e.g. MMP inhibitors).
