Reserving Space

Any student organization wishing to reserve space in any of our Campus Restaurant locations they must fill out the form below.  If you have any questions contact Trish Whitehead at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or 205-996-6569.  The areas reserved through Campus Restaurants include: The Commons Lobby, The Commons Private Dining Room, and the Diner Lobby. Any space outside would need to be reserved through HUC Operations.

Rules and Regulations:

  • We require at least one-week advance notice for reservations.
  • No outside food allowed. No sales for personal profit. Do not tape anything to the walls.
  • UAB Campus Restaurants reserves the right to deny service due to scheduling conflicts.
  • Your reservation is not approved until you receive a confirmation email.
