 The Hill University Center's first floor is really shaping up. The information desk, now complete, gives the front lobby a brand new feel - it's magic what a little polish and care can do. Feedback from students said that Jazzman's could use a little update, too, now that it is sitting next to the shiny new information desk. UAB and Sodexo listened and closed Jazzman's / Freshens Cafe. The new Jazzman's has now become the "HUC Cafe" featuring a "We Proudly Serve Starbucks" and a new smoothie brand called "Island Oasis". Tell Campus Dining what you think about the changes to Jazzman's / Freshens @UABDining. UAB Campus Restaurants will host a "Grand Opening" celebration on Thursday, February 23rd from 2 PM - 4 PM. You will not want to miss this celebration with free pastry samples, free coffee coupons, pictures with Blaze, and free coffee for anybody who checks in on Foursquare.
