Beginning with the Fall 2011 semester, the UAB Campus Dining program will offer students the flexibility they asked for in Undergraduate Student Government Association open forums with university administration during the school year.  The first student-driven change is 50 percent of a student’s unused meal plan meals from the fall semester will carry forward automatically to the Spring 2012 semester. The second change is 25 percent of Dining Dollars remaining on student CampusCard accounts will be converted automatically to BlazerBucks at the end of the 2011-12 academic year (at the end of the summer term). This will give students opportunities to use these funds at any venue that accepts BlazerBucks.  Dining Dollars will rollover from fall to spring semester, thus no need to go raid The Diner shelves or buy 10 randos Starbucks in the Library.  Save those dollars and use them next semester!
