January is National Soup Month.  Warm up during the month of January with fresh, homemade soups from The Commons on the Green, The Diner, or Einsteins Bagels.  Enjoy classic favorites like Thick & Zesty Chili or Hardy Vegetable Soup or branch out and try the Cuban Black Bean Soup.  Since it is National Soup Month UAB Campus Restaurants will be running a "Soup Punch Card" promotion.  Purchase eight bowls of soup at The Commons, The Diner, or Einsteins Bagels and receive the ninth bowl FREE!

Here is the lowdown:
  1. Purchase your first bowl of soup in the month of January and the cashier will give you a "soup punch card"
  2. Present your punch card each time you purchase soup in the month of January
  3. Once all eight circles are punched on you card present it at the register and receive your ninth bowl of soup FREE!
