I have always wanted to be a structural engineer but combining my professional career as a civil engineer and pursuing a graduate degree in structural engineering has been difficult for me. The UAB concentration in structural engineering has made the difference for me since I enrolled. It is excellently structured to accommodate professionals like me. In addition, the academic and professional expertise of the faculty and learning support available to students has made it one of the best decisions I have taken.

Our students typically sign up for two courses per academic term, but some elect to take only one course per term.

Following is an estimation of applicable UAB tuition and fees per academic term based on current Academic Year. Please note that these figures are subject to change; only the official UAB tuition and fees page should be relied on to make a true calculation of program costs.
