Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
* May - August the FLMS will be open 9a.m. -2p.m Monday - Friday and will closed Saturday & Sunday.
During these hours, you should find someone in the FLMS office who can assist you. If the FLMS office is closed during these hours, please go down the hall to the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures main office in HB 407 if you need help.
> Student Log Use
Check in on the Student Use Database (Computer by office) each time you visit FLMS. This ensures that you receive full credit in the lab portion of your grade. Even if you are not required by your instructor to sign in at the lab, signing in is required by FLMS to use the facility, so please sign in.
> What to bring and not to bring to the FMLS
You should bring your student ID and change, if you need to use our printers. You should not bring food or drinks. You are not allowed to eat or drink while you are using the computers. Also, cell phones must be turned off or silenced.

- Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Internet Explorer/ Netscape Navigator
- Language-Specific CD-ROMS (you must use your Student ID to check them out)
- Streaming video available from our library
- Real One/ Windows Media Player
- Foreign Film Video Library
- Projector with laptop (for in-class use only and must be checked out by instructor)
> Printing in the FLMS
- Just press print from your computer
- Pick up your printout from the FMLS office
- Printouts are ten cents per page
