UAB does not issue paychecks each month. Instead, your money is deposited directly into your checking account.

Once you have been set up in the Human Resouces system, called Oracle, you can set up your direct deposit account.


  1. Click here to go to the Oracle system
  2. Log in with your Blazer ID and strong password
  3. Click on UAB Self Service Applications
  4. Click on Manage Direct Deposit Account
  5. Select Add Deposit Payment
  6. Fill in the information requested (name of bank, branch routing number, account number)
  7. When you have entered the information, choose "Home" at the bottom of the page
  8. To log out safely, click on the the icon of the door and arrow at the top of the page
