UAB Dissertations Online
Print copies of UAB dissertations and theses can be found on the 2nd floor of Lister Hill Library under the W4 call number. You can also look up the specific title or author for a UAB health sciences thesis or dissertation in the catalog.

In addition to the catalog, UAB electronic theses and dissertations can be found in the UAB Digital Collections. Select a school from the drop-down box to see theses/dissertations from specific schools. Theses and dissertations are usually available 3 to 5 months after the student has graduated, unless the student has chosen an embargo period of either 6 months, 1 year or 2 years.

UAB theses and dissertations can also be found online in Proquest Dissertations & Theses at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

To search for dissertations and theses from other institutions, use the ProQuest Dissertations & Theses database.
