Research Interests

My research interests include gene delivery to cancer cells and tumor tissue. As a means to deliver therapeutic/protecting genes we use recombinant adenovirus. Our major efforts are concentrated on alteration of the virus tropism by employment of molecular adaptors and direct genetic modifications of viral capsid. The methods we use in our studies include molecular biology and gene engineering.
