Genetic Incorporation of HSV-1 Thymidine Kinase into the Adenovirus Protein IX for Functional Display on the Virion and monitoring TK labeled viral partial distribution by PET imaging. Gutless adenovirus mediated long term gene correction in pulmonary hypertension animal module. Induction of Ad mediated toxic gene expression in lungs of hCAR mice to induce Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) associated symptoms.
