Research Interests

My current interest is to develop tropism modified adenoviral vectors for tumor targeting. Toward this end, I am generating genetically modified vectors with mosaic and chimeric fibers. These viral vectors can be efficiently retargeted to tumor cells, and therefore can be used to deliver gene therapeutic payload to tumors.
