How can I block international language (spam) email in Outlook?

1. In Outlook, go to Tools --> Options --> Preferences. Click the Junk Email button.
2. Click on the International tab (the far right tab).
3. Click on the Blocked Encodings List button.
4. Select any languages that you would like to block from your inbox, and place check marks next to them. You may also click Select All, though you may find yourself missing out on genuine mail.
5. As with all filters you put in place, carefully check your junk mail folder before clearing it to ensure that you are not blocking legitimate, important email from your inbox.
