Standard (Non-HIPAA) Accounts

For those that do not need HIPAA compliant accounts, you can create a Zoom account by clicking the Create Account link below and typing in your BlazerID and Password. Create your UAB Standard (non-HIPAA)account (type in your BlazerID and Password)

HIPAA Compliant Accounts

Those that plan to use Zoom to meet with patients, discuss Protected Health Information (PHI) or for any other use that would require HIPAA compliance can request a HIPAA compliant account by filling out the account request form and selecting ‘yes’ on the HIPAA options. HIPAA accounts have restrictions to ensure HIPAA compliancy. See additional information at the bottom for more details.
