Secure Connections and 128-bit encryption

In order to access secure Web sites at UAB (noted by https:// instead of http://) users must employ a browser with 128-bit encryption ability, also know as a "secure connection". All users of any of the below systems should check both before and after installation to make sure 128-bit encryption is active.
