UAB has negotiated a discounting program for Adobe products. CDW-G is the current authorized reseller under that agreement with Adobe. The agreement allows the UAB community to acquire, at a discount, all Adobe software titles that the company makes available to higher education institutions. This list includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:

Acrobat Standard for Windows and Mac
Acrobat Pro for Windows and Mac
Creative Suite Premium for Windows and Mac
Photoshop CS for Windows and Mac
Illustrator CS for Windows and Mac
InDesign CS for Windows and Mac
Pagemaker for Windows and Mac

Pursuant to the agreement, the software may only be installed on University-owned computers. Prices are subject to change and thus cannot be posted. You can obtain current pricing and product numbers directly through CDW-G's website. Users should determine both the license and the media that they need – a license must be ordered for each PC on which the software will be installed. The media (CDs) to perform the installation are not included with the license and must be ordered separately if needed. If ordering multiple licenses for the same product you can order only 1 copy of the associated media. Once you have determined the appropriate license and media product numbers, place the order as normal through the UAB Oracle system. When you receive an invoice for your order (and any associated media) the required license key to perform the install may or may not be included with your documentation. If no license key is provided with your order, contact AskIT by email, provide the invoice number and PO number to validate your order and IT Procurement will issue the appropriate license key to allow completion of the installation of the product.
