Contact Alabama LASER today to find out how you can:

Support local school systems

Assist Alabama LASER in recruiting local school systems to attend awareness events or bring a leadership team to a Strategic Planning Institute.

Support the attendance of a local school system at a Strategic Planning Institute or Next Steps follow-up conference by underwriting all or part of the attendance fee.

Serve as a community representative on your local school system's leadership team and help develop a local business and community coalition in support of your system's science reform efforts.

Support the statewide LASER initiative

Contribute resources to help Alabama LASER meet near- and mid-term goals:

Recruit new school systems to participate in Strategic Planning Institutes through Building Awareness events and ongoing networking.

Hold a Strategic Planning Institute for new leadership teams in 2004.

Hold follow-up Next Steps conferences to support leadership teams that began implementation of their strategic plans in 2002 and 2003.

Provide technical support and information referral for leadership teams.
