Lister Hill Library respects the privacy of all library patrons.

• Questions may be submitted anonymously. Names are not required on chat or e-mail forms.

• Questions may be added to a database of frequently asked questions (FAQs) which will be accessible to library staff for training and evaluation purposes. Question transcripts will be monitored for quality.

• Chat transcripts and e-mail questions will be archived for library personnel and may also be used for research and/or publication purposes.
