The instructor needs to be in the library's borrower database. To verify, either call 934-3306 or come by the Circulation Desk. Paper work needs to be completed at least one day before the class.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email that your message was sent, if you entered an email address in the Requestor's E-Mail field.
