September/October 2000IIS HOUSE CALLSWho says house calls have gone the way of the horse and buggy? Now if you have trouble accessing or using one of the many electronic resources available from Lister Hill Library from your office computer, a Lister Hill staff member will come there to help you "diagnose" and "treat" the difficulty. While help has always been readily available via telephone (934-2230) or e-mail, we recognize that occasionally it is easier to help you when we can see what you see from your own screen. On those occasions, feel free to request a personal consultation with a reference librarian in your office at a time that is convenient for you. Then relax and wait for the information "doctor" to call! |
