New Staff in Media Services

Monica Forman began employment in Media Services December 1, 1997.  She brings a wealth of library experience to Lister Hill Library.  She was formerly a Library Technician at Savrey Library at Talladega College where her primary role was supervisor of the Periodicals' Section.  Her duties involved collection maintenance, reference services, bindery preparation, and training and supervision for a staff of five.  While working at Talladega College, Monica completed the Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work.  Her duties in Media Services will include scheduling, reference service, and collection maintenance.  Also, as a member of the Access Services Team, she will provide assistance at the library's Circulation Desk, Cashier's Office, and other Access Services areas as needed.  Please join me in welcoming Monica to Lister Hill Library and UAB.
