Liaison FAQ

Why develop a liaison program?

We have learned through our needs assessment processes, that many library users don't know about the resources and services available.

The objectives of the liaison program are:

  • To get information to faculty and staff
  • To give us a better understanding of faculty and staff needs to support teaching, research and clinical care
  • To provide a more personalized level of service
  • To increase the visibility of the library’s resources and services across campus

What will the liaisons do?

Each liaison team will plan services for their school based on feedback from faculty, staff, and students in that area. A list of potential liaison activities.
