Use PubMed’s Single Citation Matcher to:

  • verify a citation
  • find a specific or known article
  • find an volume or issue of a journal
  • generate a bibliography of an author’s works
Sometimes, just a few significant words from the title will find the article you need. Enter as little or as much information as you know, such as:
  • journal name, volume, or issue number
  • date
  • page numbers
  • words in the title
  • author(s) name

How to Access Resources

You should be able to access almost all UAB resources and online journals from your offices, labs, and homes by going through the library webpage at www.uab.edu/lister. For more information about finding journals, take a look at the Finding E-Journals tutorial.
