The UAB Lung Health Center is excited to host a monthly, university-wide seminar series to showcase recent discoveries in lung biology and pulmonary medicine. This new forum will foster deep discussions among researchers across the campus and support interdisciplinary and collaborative grants. We will host speakers from across schools and aim to ensure maximum representation from early-stage investigators as well as fellows and graduate students. This series will take place on the second to last Tuesday of every month at 2 PM. Each seminar will include a 40 minute research presentation followed by the audience questions and comments by invited discussants for another 20 minute. You are welcome to share suggestions for seminar topics and speakers from all and especially, from investigators outside of the school of Medicine.
