MERIT Scholars together with members of the MERIT Program Leadership attend the Annual IRACDA Conference. Because this conference brings together the greater IRACDA community, it provides MERIT Scholars and Program Leadership an opportunity to share experiences and challenges with those that share similar career goals in research and academics. Following the Conference, Scholars debrief about conference take-aways at their next regular monthly meeting.

The next Annual IRACDA Conference is scheduled for June 2023 and will be hosted by the IRACDA-SABER Program in San Antonio, Texas.
