The University of Alabama School of Nursing maintains a clinical agency data base for clinical facilities that the School of Nursing has a contract with.   Currently there are approximately 1700 facilities in the data base.  MSN Preceptor Planning Form and DNP Project Planning Forms are completed prior to the clinical experience or project implementation.
