The 9th Avenue Deck is scheduled to open for the spring semester beginning January 4, 2010. The deck is a mixed-use deck for employees and students and is located behind the School of Public Health. We will take requests on-line to exchange or purchase parking for the facility beginning Monday, November 23rd. The employee rate for the deck is the same as the other facilitiies. There is additional student parking fees related to the deck. The fees are sent to student accounting and are as follows:
Purchase student deck parking - $90/semester Exchange annual student permit for deck parking - $50/remainder of year; or $35/spring semester only
Deck student parking is valid in any commuter student lot as well. To request 9th Avenue Deck parking, click the link in the menu list marked “Request 9th Avenue Deck” and fill out the form. We will begin filling requests for the deck in December. As we fill requests, we will contact the person via email to pick up their permit at our office. If exchanging a permit, you will need to turn in your current permit at the time of pick-up.

A four-way stop has been added to the intersection at 11th Avenue South and 16th Street. City officials cited that the addition was needed due to insufficient sight clearance at the intersection. Please use caution at this intersection as drivers accustom themselves to it. |

Did you know that you can update your parking account information online? By clicking "My Parking Space" to the left, you can update your contact information and vehicles, as well as pay or appeal citations. Students can also purchase permits on-line and employees can renew permits there as well.
