E*Value Diagnosis and Procedure Tracking

E*Value

In addition to logging your activities, this program also has a feature that allows you to generate reports on your clinical activities for your records. E*Value can be used with either your PDA or desktop.

You may occasionally find a slight problem with the program. In these instances, please report your findings Dr. James Jackson (jjackson@uasom.uab.edu)  or 205.934.6656.

Your access information for entering E*Value was sent to you via email.

The E*Value URL is: http://www.e-value.net.  Upon entering the program, you will see a green menu bar to the left for which you will use to navigate through the program.

  • For those items not available in the dropdown menus, select “Other” and then clarify what “other” is in the “Indications, Complications, and other notes” field (located just below the date field).
  • In the field, “Enter the patient's age group”, you will find all the age groups duplicated with “Uninsured / Medicaid” following the 2nd group of age categories. If you know that your patient falls into this underserved category, please indicate it here by making the proper selection.
