Maureen Kelley to Join Faculty in August
		Dr. Maureen Kelley has been appointed assistant professor of philosophy and will join the UAB faculty in the fall of 2002. Dr. Kelley received her B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from the University of North Carolina and earned an M.A. in Social and Political Philosophy from Bowling Green State University before receiving her Ph.D. in Philosophy from Rice University in 2000. Since June, 2001 she has been Assistant Professor of Medicine and Medical Ethics at Baylor College of Medicine in Texas.
